I’m Francis Rodino, a seasoned Digital Director and Growth Lead with expertise across a wide variety of skill domains including digital and content strategy, web development, UX, social media strategy, marketing optimisation (CRO), and analytics. With 15 years experience in digital & content strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating at some of the world’s most recognised and respected brands, I help my team launch more than websites or digital campaigns; we design content experiences.
If you’ve been Googling my name, you may have come across some music links! Yup, that’s me – I was actually one of the first independent musicians (first in the UK at least) to successfully raise $50,000 through crowd-sourcing platforms Sellaband and PledgeMusic.
Digital and music are my two career passions, although in the past years the music production has taken a backseat to my career as digital strategist and growth lead.

Content strategy is deeply embedded in my DNA, whether launching a website, social media campaign or optimising B2B product pages. I love the challenge of answering questions like “What, why, where, and when?” as our cross-functional teams come together to plan the next product launch.
